BOWMAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT primarily works with developers in planning capitol outlay projects. C.E.O., John Bowman acts on behalf of the owner, i.e., owner's representative, with design professionals, zoning authorities, utility contacts and in the procurement of contractors. Bowman Corps. prepares initial budgets and maintains them through final cost analysis. Bowman also manages on-site contractor performance. Mr. Bowman will work with lending institutions (i.e. banks and mortgage lenders) in acting as on-site inspector to review monthly draw requests. The company also, prepares preliminary budgets, estimates for developers/owners and architects on an as-needed basis. |
